From Boston, MA / Logan Airport
Take route 90/Mass Turnpike West to exit #11A/N.H.-Maine/Cape Cod onto I-495 N toward Marlborough/N.H.-Maine. Take exit #25B route I-290-W. Take exit #18/Route 9 and stay right on ramp. At the end of the ramp turn right onto Lincoln street. Stay in the right lane and bear right onto Concord Street. Take your first right onto Prescott Street. Turn right into the first driveway on the right, Washburn. The drive bends to the left and the visitor parking lot is on the left after the main entrance.
From NYC / Hartford / Bradley Airport
Take route 84 East towards Boston all the way to the end. Turn onto Route 90/Mass Turnpike East. Take exit #10/Auburn (I-290 E). Take exit #17/Route 9 toward Ware/Framingham. At the light at the end of the ramp turn left onto Belmont St. Stay to the right and go through one light. Turn right onto Route 70N (Lincoln St). Stay in the middle lane. Turn left onto Concord St. and then take an immediate right onto Prescott St. Turn right into the first driveway on the right, Washburn. The drive bends to the left and the visitor parking lot is on the left after the main entrance.

By 'T'
Take the Red Line to the Kendall Square/MIT stop. Exit the T and turn until you are facing the Longfellow Bridge. Walk toward the bridge and look to your left. One Broadway is the tall, gray cement building with vertical windows.
From points South
Take 95N to 93N and proceed through Boston to exit 26(Cambridge/Storrow Drive). Follow signs for Storrow Drive, then take the Kendall Square/Government Center exit (on left). At end of the ramp, bear right to Kendall Square and go over Longfellow Bridge. You are on Main Street, which becomes Broadway shortly after the end of the bridge. One Broadway is the tall, gray cement building with small, vertical windows on your right. Parking is available underneath the building on the Third Street side.
From 93 North
Take Exit 26 to Storrow Drive/North Station. Stay in left lane toward Storrow Drive. Go up ramp on far left (Government Center/Kendall Square) and off ramp to right onto entrance of Longfellow Bridge. Go straight over Bridge. You are on Main Street, which becomes Broadway shortly after the end of the bridge. One Broadway is the tall, gray cement building with small, vertical windows on your right. Parking is available underneath the building on the Third Street side.
From Logan Airport
Exit the airport and go through the Sumner Tunnel ($2 toll). Proceed to 93 North, then proceed to Exit 26 (Cambridge/Storrow Drive). Follow signs for Storrow Drive, then take the Kendall

Take the Mass Pike to Exit 18 (Cambridge/Allston) and get in right lane. Drive over bridge and take right onto Memorial Drive. Follow Memorial Drive past the BU and Mass Avenue bridges. Take a left on Wadsworth Street, toward Kendall Square. Take first left onto Amherst street, and follow to end. Take right on Ames street, at second set of lights, take a right onto Broadway. At first set of lights, take left onto Third Street. One Broadway is the tall, gray cement building with small, vertical windows on your right. Parking is available underneath the building on the Third Street side.
